Revit and BIM Modeler

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Revit and BIM Modeler to create and maintain detailed 3D building information models for our projects. The role involves working across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines to ensure accurate and coordinated models that meet project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Perform multidisciplinary modeling across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Support MEP modeling, coordination, and clash detection activities.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other BIM professionals.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure model accuracy.
• Identify and resolve modeling and coordination issues.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout project deliverables.
• Complete assigned modeling tasks within project timelines.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Experience in MEP modeling and coordination is a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
