Sales & Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth for our technology company specializing in communication and digital solutions. The role focuses on B2B sales, lead generation, and building lasting client relationships across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities with SME and corporate accounts.
• Generate business across sectors such as Automobile, BFSI, Retail, Education, Healthcare, and Hospitality.
• Conduct product demos for WhatsApp automation, chatbots, and multi‑agent support.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records using CRM tools.
• Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and represent the company at industry events.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
• 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience with SaaS, CPaaS, bulk messaging or digital software solutions is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Own a personal vehicle and a valid driving licence for client visits.
