Sales Development Representative (B2B)

About the role

SyncGTM is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to expand its international customer base. You will generate qualified sales opportunities by researching prospects, executing outbound campaigns, and booking meetings for the sales team while learning to leverage AI, automation, and data-driven tools.

Key responsibilities

• Research target companies and identify decision‑makers that match the ideal customer profile.
• Build and maintain prospect lists and run outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
• Craft personalized outreach messages, conduct cold calls, and follow up across multiple channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule qualified meetings for senior sales staff.
• Keep CRM records up to date and track prospect interactions.
• Test new messaging, audience segments, and outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with GTM engineers to refine prospecting automation.

Required profile

• 6‑12 months of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or a client‑facing role.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, prospecting, and persistent follow‑ups.
• Organised, able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Motivated by performance targets and uncapped commissions.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn and email outreach tools.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered automation or GTM automation platforms.
