Sales Executive

About the role

Entegra Sources is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join its growing international sales team. This position offers a fast‑track entry into B2B sales, allowing you to develop client relationships across global markets while contributing to the company’s revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from international clients.
• Present, promote and pitch Entegra’s services to potential leads.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Manage pipelines, follow up on leads and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Record all communications and sales progress in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and other internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing Master’s) in Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of sales experience or a fresher with strong sales knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented and comfortable making cold and warm calls to international prospects.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
