Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive business growth by managing existing accounts and generating new opportunities within the small‑package delivery and freight forwarding sectors. The role blends sales activities with high‑level customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while retaining current customers.
• Achieve sales growth targets set by the Sales and Business Development teams.
• Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with relevant parties.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Resolve customer issues through effective communication and strategic actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflow and deliver high‑quality service.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry across platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• At least 1 year of sales experience in small‑package delivery, freight forwarding, or a similar industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet sales deadlines and handle operational challenges.
• Motorcycle license is required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Sailboat or similar).
