Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive role at Digo Solutions is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kathmandu. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and presenting the company’s cloud and database services to decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations to showcase solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and follow up on leads to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Manage the sales pipeline and work towards achieving revenue targets.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand service capabilities and tailor solutions to client requirements.
• Support contract negotiations and ensure accurate proposal documentation.
• Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development experience, including lead generation, prospecting and closing deals.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of cloud services, database solutions and web hosting.
• Solid negotiation, proposal writing and basic contract management capabilities.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, productivity software and sales reporting dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior B2B technology or IT services sales experience is highly beneficial.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work collaboratively on‑site in Kathmandu.
