Sales Growth Intern

About the role

SkillShikshya is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Growth Intern to join its Business Development team in Kathmandu. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, helping them understand our training programs and guiding them through the enrollment process. This internship offers hands‑on experience in sales, communication, and EdTech outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and introduce SkillShikshya’s programs.
• Respond to student inquiries via calls, messages, and email.
• Explain course details, schedules, and enrollment procedures clearly.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow‑ups.
• Support lead follow‑up activities to convert interest into enrollments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication with students.
• Participate in creating camera‑friendly content for promotional use.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and confidence on phone calls.
• Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
• Good listening skills and ability to respond to queries clearly.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with phone systems and messaging applications.
• Familiarity with spreadsheet tools for record‑keeping.
