Sales Lead – Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Lead to drive the acquisition of high‑potential logistics clients and turn them into long‑term partners. You will shape sales strategies, manage a robust pipeline and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and convert high‑potential leads into long‑term business partners.
• Analyze competitor offerings and craft winning sales strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth and smooth client onboarding.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal and Technology teams to design customized solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, SLAs and commercial terms in line with company guidelines.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to uncover differentiation opportunities.
• Maintain key account relationships to drive satisfaction, renewals and upselling of value‑added services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within logistics, e‑commerce or 3PL.
• Proven track record of B2B client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, pricing models and SLAs in the local market.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.
• Valid 2‑wheeler driving license.
