Sales Manager – Logistics & Freight

About the role

Mobility Freight is looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager to expand its logistics and freight forwarding business. You will lead the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and work closely with operations to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target customer segments in freight forwarding, transportation, and logistics.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process—from lead generation and qualification to quotation, proposal follow‑up, and contract closure.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular check‑ins, service reviews, and retention‑focused support.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and pricing proposals in coordination with operations teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms, service levels, and payment conditions to meet revenue targets while minimizing delivery risk.
• Collaborate with logistics operations to ensure customer requirements are feasible and commitments are met.
• Track daily/weekly sales performance in the CRM, keep the pipeline accurate, and submit required sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 4–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or courier services.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating new business.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
