Sales Manager - Logistics/Freight

About the role

Mobility Freight is looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager to expand its logistics and freight forwarding business. You will lead the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and align sales activities with operational capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding, transportation, and logistics services.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular follow‑ups and service checks.
• Prepare and deliver quotations and pricing proposals in coordination with operations teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms, service levels, and payment conditions to meet targets.
• Coordinate with logistics operations to ensure feasibility of service commitments.
• Track sales performance daily/weekly using CRM and submit accurate sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 4–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or courier services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
