Sales Project Manager (B2B, Infrastructure)

About the role

Hulas Infra is looking for a Sales Project Manager to lead B2B sales initiatives and oversee projects from lead generation through order closure and hand‑over. The role combines business development, tender management and close coordination with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales pipeline, including lead generation, client visits and relationship building.
• Identify and pursue B2B opportunities, government tenders and private‑sector projects in the construction and infrastructure sector.
• Prepare proposals and presentations, negotiate terms and close orders.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Operations to ensure smooth project execution and hand‑over.
• Maintain CRM data, produce sales forecasts and generate regular performance reports.
• Support and coach the sales team to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in steel, PEB, construction or infrastructure.
• B.Tech or MBA degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Nepal market and proven track record in negotiation and order closure.
• Excellent communication, client management and project coordination abilities.
