Sales Support / Customer Service Executive

About the role

The Sales Support / Customer Service Executive will act as the primary liaison between the company and its industry customers, handling inquiries, order processing, and post‑sale support. This role ensures smooth order flow, accurate billing, and timely communication of product updates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular tele‑calling with customers for inquiries, order follow‑up, billing status, and feedback.
• Enter and verify customer orders in the Bizom/ERP system promptly.
• Convert unbilled customers to billed status by coordinating with sales, accounts, and logistics.
• Support new product launches through calls and emails, communicating features, benefits, pricing, and availability.
• Assist in processing commercial orders from receipt through billing and dispatch.
• Monitor stock movement, rotation, and clearance; track slow‑moving and fast‑moving items.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, billing status, and documentation in Excel/CRM/Bizom.
• Provide the sales team with lead information, order status, and customer coordination.
• Prepare periodic reports on follow‑ups, order punching, billing status, and system activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing or related field preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tele‑calling, sales coordination, or customer support.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow‑up abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, preferably Bizom.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
