Senior Client Relation Executive

About the role

The spa is looking for a polished, commercially‑driven Senior Client Relation Executive to showcase its exclusive wellness offerings across two distinguished hospitality properties in Kathmandu. You will build and nurture relationships with premium individual and corporate clients, delivering curated wellness experiences, lifestyle privileges, and corporate gifting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Represent and promote the spa’s exclusive wellness and lifestyle services with professionalism and discretion.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through referrals, networks, corporate associations, private events, hotel guests, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct personalised consultations, property tours, and tailored presentations for each client.
• Manage the full client journey—from initial contact and follow‑up to confirmation, payment coordination, and after‑sales care.
• Create corporate wellness and premium gifting programmes for organisations, events, and special occasions.
• Maintain accurate client and opportunity records using CRM, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other tools.
• Collaborate closely with spa operations, hotel teams, marketing, finance, and management to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Provide regular reports on engagements, conversions, revenue, and collections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in premium sales, business development, hospitality, luxury retail or related sectors.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Polished, confident appearance and comfortable representing exclusive hospitality properties.
• Ability to engage senior professionals, business owners and discerning clientele with confidence and discretion.
• Reliable personal vehicle and a valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel within the Kathmandu Valley for client meetings and events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with digital sales tools and internet research.
