About the role
We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Officer to join the LPG and Natural Gas Company in Tripureshwor, Kathmandu. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the organization’s human capital strategy and ensuring effective HR services.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate HR activities within the organization.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices.

What we offer
- Salary range of NPR 50,000 to NPR 60,000 per month (subject to company policy).
