Senior Key Accounts Manager – Electronics

About the role

The Senior Key Accounts Manager – Electronics will be responsible for driving growth across a portfolio of strategic sellers. You will work closely with sellers, brands and internal teams to plan and execute promotional activities that boost sales on the Daraz platform and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key sellers to ensure sustained business growth.
• Collaborate with sellers and brands to design and launch promotions on Daraz App, Meta, GDN and offline channels.
• Track industry trends, conduct market visits and onboard new products and sellers with the BD team.
• Monitor seller compliance with operational KPIs such as campaign submissions, program participation, order processing, customer query response and inventory accuracy.
• Lead monthly performance meetings with sellers, share insights and implement corrective actions.
• Develop strong cross‑functional relationships with Marketing, Logistics, Gen‑ops and regional leads.
• Perform regular offline market visits to stay informed of emerging trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proven sales experience (full‑time or part‑time) with strong English and Nepali communication skills.
• Additional training or certifications in MS Office, especially Excel, or other sales‑related qualifications is desirable.
• Own a 2‑wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
