Server – Full-time On-site Position

About the role

Join Roadhouse, a leading hospitality brand in Nepal, as a full‑time Server in Kathmandu. You will be the first point of contact for guests, guiding them through the dining experience from arrival to departure while upholding the brand’s reputation for warm service and quality food.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff.
• Answer guest inquiries about menu items and accommodate special requests.
• Process payments, handle cash transactions, and ensure correct billing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and upsell menu items when appropriate.
• Support teammates during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience in food and beverage service or a similar guest‑facing role (preferred).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
• Basic numeracy for accurate handling of bills and cash.
• Knowledge of restaurant hygiene, safety, and sanitation practices.
• Team‑oriented, reliable, and flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in English and Nepali; additional languages are a plus.
