Social Media Content Creator

About the role

The Social Media Content Creator will own the brand’s digital voice across key platforms. You will design, produce, and distribute engaging content that drives reach, interaction, and conversions while staying ahead of trends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop platform‑specific strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn aligned with business goals.
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars, balancing organic posts with promotional campaigns.
• Create short‑form videos, static graphics, carousels, stories, captions and blog pieces; appear on‑camera when required.
• Conduct in‑house and outdoor shoots, manage a digital asset library and ensure brand and legal compliance.
• Track global and local social trends, generate real‑time content ideas and brief internal teams.
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, watch time, retention) and optimise posting times, hashtags and content mix.
• Prepare monthly analytics reports and insight presentations with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on social media management experience.
• Comfortable speaking on camera and representing the brand.
• Strong storytelling ability and a keen eye for emerging trends.
• Portfolio showcasing successful campaigns with measurable results.
