SOP Writer & Interview Instructor (Application Officer)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated SOP Writer, Interview Instructor, and Application Officer to join our education consultancy in Kathmandu. The successful candidate will help students craft compelling Statements of Purpose, prepare for admission interviews, and navigate the entire application process.

Key responsibilities

• Draft clear, persuasive Statements of Purpose and related essays tailored to each student’s goals.
• Conduct mock interviews, teach interview techniques, and provide constructive feedback.
• Guide students through application requirements, review documentation, and ensure timely submission.
• Coordinate with partner institutions and maintain accurate records of applications.
• Collaborate with counselors and administrative staff to deliver a seamless, student‑focused experience.

Required profile

• Strong writing and editing abilities with a focus on academic and professional narratives.
• Experience in student counseling, interview coaching, or similar mentorship roles.
• Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of institutional and visa compliance.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with students, families, and international partners.
• Ability to manage multiple applications, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
