Store Onboarding Executive

About the role

As a Store Onboarding Executive you will be the front‑line ambassador for Briz, a local commerce platform connecting customers with nearby sellers. You will work both in the field, visiting shops across Bagdol and surrounding areas, and from the office, providing virtual support to ensure merchants are fully activated on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Visit local shops to introduce Briz, demonstrate its benefits and acquire new merchants.
• Guide merchants through registration, profile setup and app installation.
• Educate store owners on using Briz effectively and handling customer inquiries.
• Conduct follow‑ups via calls, messages and virtual sessions to drive activation.
• Maintain strong relationships with merchants to encourage long‑term engagement.
• Monitor merchant activity, re‑engage inactive stores and meet weekly/monthly acquisition targets.
• Record visits, onboarding status and performance metrics accurately.
• Collect merchant feedback and share insights with internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in face‑to‑face interactions and field sales.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and comfortable traveling locally.
• Resilient and able to handle frequent rejections.
• Own a two‑wheeler or hold a valid two‑wheeler license (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with smartphones.
• Experience using mobile applications.
• Familiarity with web‑based applications.
