Supply & Demand Analyst – Procurement Insights

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Supply & Demand Analyst to provide data‑driven insights that support procurement and inventory decisions in a fast‑paced B2B wholesale distribution environment. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates with strong analytical abilities and a passion for supply chain and business intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze purchasing and inventory data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Support procurement planning, sourcing decisions and compare vendor pricing and performance.
• Review vendor invoices and procurement records.
• Monitor supply and demand trends and assist with RFQ and purchase order processes.
• Prepare reports and business insights for stakeholders.
• Identify inventory risks and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management (BIM) or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to work the US night shift (US hours).
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo (nice to have).
