Videographer & Video Editor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Videographer & Video Editor to lead both studio production and post‑production activities. You will create high‑performing video content that strengthens brand authority and drives audience engagement across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot and edit founder talking‑head videos, podcasts, YouTube videos, Reels, Shorts, commercial ads, case studies, and educational content.
• Produce clean, professional edits with strong storytelling, retention‑focused pacing, and platform‑specific versions for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Handle color correction, grading, audio balancing, captions, graphics, and subtitles.
• Set up and operate cameras, manage framing, exposure, white balance, lens selection, and multi‑camera setups for studio shoots, interviews, and podcasts.
• Configure key, fill, and backlighting to create professional studio environments and monitor audio quality during recording.
• Repurpose long‑form recordings into engaging short‑form content by identifying strong hooks and moments.
• Maintain consistent visual and production quality across all content and own projects from recording through final delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in video editing, shooting, and studio production.
• Strong visual storytelling fundamentals and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple production requirements, and take ownership of projects.
• Understanding of how video supports marketing, brand authority, and lead generation.
