Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our retail apparel warehouse operations, ensuring efficient merchandise flow, accurate inventory, and timely replenishment across stores.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and staff.
• Oversee receiving, storage, stock transfers, and dispatch of merchandise.
• Monitor inventory levels, accuracy, and movement.
• Conduct stock reconciliation and cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries and issue resolution.
• Work with retail stores for stock replenishment and transfers.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records, inventory reports, and documentation.
• Monitor and control stock loss, damages, and shrinkage.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and operational standards.
• Identify operational gaps and implement efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in warehouse management within the retail apparel/fashion industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
