About the role

Altitude Himalaya is looking for a passionate Web Content Writer to produce engaging, accurate English content that showcases Nepal’s rich tourism landscape. The role blends strong storytelling with deep cultural knowledge to inspire travelers and support marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Write high‑quality articles, blogs, travel guides, itineraries, website copy and promotional material focused on Nepal’s tourism.
• Create content for various platforms including websites, social media, newsletters and brochures.
• Highlight Nepal’s attractions such as cultural sites, trekking routes, wildlife parks and festivals.
• Stay updated on tourism trends, policies and emerging destinations.
• Ensure cultural sensitivity and factual accuracy when describing traditions, history and local practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications or a related field.
• 2–3 years of content‑writing experience, preferably in travel or tourism, with a portfolio.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or within a team.

Required skills

• Exceptional English writing, editing and storytelling.
• Familiarity with social‑media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Cultural awareness of Nepal’s tourism nuances.
