About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and visionary Academic Director to provide academic leadership across all grades, ensuring effective curriculum implementation and promoting innovative, student‑centered learning.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee academic planning, curriculum implementation, and timely syllabus completion across assigned grades.
• Plan and coordinate academic assessments, examinations, co‑curricular activities, and major school events.
• Ensure effective classroom management, student discipline, and a safe, positive learning environment.
• Monitor students’ academic progress and coordinate with parents regarding performance and development.
• Lead and monitor academic programs, curriculum delivery, assessment practices, and overall teaching‑learning standards.
• Supervise and support teachers through classroom observations, feedback, academic planning, mentoring, and professional development.
• Identify learning gaps and implement strategies to improve outcomes.
• Promote modern, technology‑integrated, innovative, student‑centered teaching practices.
• Coordinate with school management, teachers, students, parents, and other stakeholders on academic matters.
