About the role
We are seeking an organized, responsible, and experienced Lower Secondary / Basic Level Coordinator to oversee the academic and day‑to‑day coordination of Grades VI–VIII. The coordinator will work closely with teachers, students, parents, and management to ensure effective teaching and a supportive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate academic activities, curriculum implementation, assessments, and day‑to‑day matters for Grades VI–VIII.
- Support and monitor teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and effective teaching practices.
- Monitor student academic progress, discipline, attendance, and overall development.
- Coordinate communication among teachers, students, parents, and school management.
- Support the implementation of student‑centered, technology‑supported, and engaging learning practices.
