About the role
The company operating in the coal sector seeks an Account Executive to manage its financial and accounting processes. This onsite position in Bharatpur, Chitwan, Nepal involves handling day‑to‑day accounting tasks and supporting banking activities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain online billing and generate invoices.
- Keep accurate ledgers, stock records, and daybooks.
- Oversee overall accounting activities, including cash flow monitoring.
- Perform routine banking transactions and reconciliations.
- Support stock management and inventory accounting.
Required profile
- +2 or Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar accounting role.
- Relevant experience in accounting, finance, or management.
Required skills
- Proficiency with accounting software.
- Experience in online billing and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of banking procedures.
- Strong command of MS Office applications.
