About the role

The hotel in Meghauli is looking for an Account Executive to manage daily accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in delivering timely reports and compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain records of income, expenses, and payments.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
  • Conduct daily, weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Handle guest billing, vendor invoicing and payments.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting and monitoring financial targets.
  • Ensure tax compliance and support internal/external audits.

Required profile

  • 12th pass or higher; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
  • 1‑2 years of experience as an Account Associate/Executive in the hotel or related industry.
  • Strong relationship‑management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of hospitality market trends and ability to work collaboratively.
