Account Manager – Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Account Manager – Sales Coordinator will own the development and expansion of customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction while driving revenue growth for our telecommunications business.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and expand relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Identify and create new business opportunities, manage end-to-end sales and Lead-to-Cash processes.
• Achieve and exceed the KPI targets set for each account.
• Coordinate marketing activities, presentations and brand-building events.
• Collect market, competitor and customer information, analyse it and report to management.
• Resolve customer issues, provide suitable solutions and follow through to closure.
• Support internal teams such as marketing and project departments to deliver acceptable solutions.
• Participate in government bidding, contract negotiation, project implementation and commercial collection.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, pipeline analysis and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in telecommunications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in telecommunications or a similar sector.
