Account Officer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Account Officer to manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, cash and bank management, and support financial reporting and compliance for RV Group.

Key responsibilities

• Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Analyze accounting data and recommend appropriate financial actions.
• Verify and audit financial documents to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Maintain accounting controls by following company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with accounting support staff and provide guidance as needed.
• Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain financial databases and ensure proper backup of records.
• Prepare payments by verifying supporting documents and processing disbursements.
• Respond to accounting‑related queries and interpret policies and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with financial laws, taxation requirements, and company policies.
• Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing accounting information.
• Safeguard the confidentiality of financial records and sensitive information.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Good understanding of financial regulations and taxation requirements.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
