Account Officer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Account Officer to manage and maintain our financial records, support daily accounting operations, and ensure compliance with internal regulations. The position plays a key part in keeping our financial processes accurate, timely, and efficient within a fast‑growing retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day accounting tasks, including journal entries and payments.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and statements.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and support for all transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates with strong academic background may apply).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and good communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
