About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position supports the daily accounting, administrative and store functions of a manufacturing factory in Chitwan. The incumbent will work closely with production teams to ensure accurate financial records and efficient inventory control.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and prepare regular financial reports.
- Manage inventory, track stock movements, and reconcile physical counts with system records.
- Coordinate with the factory team to gather production data and address inventory queries.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting, compliance and administrative tasks.
- Support production planning and logistics through effective asset management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in bookkeeping, inventory management and production planning.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with accounting software.
