Accountant – Financial Operations & Reporting

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to manage and oversee our accounting and financial operations within the manpower and overseas recruitment sector. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and smooth daily accounting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee daily accounting operations, including vouchers, ledgers, and financial records.
• Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Manage office expenses, payroll coordination, and payment tracking.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and relevant authorities as required.
• Support management with budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
• Supervise junior accounting staff, ensuring accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and official inspections.
• Maintain and update flight details and records for overseas deployments.
• Handle income records, office expenses, and IRD‑related payments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in payroll coordination and expense management.
• Familiarity with statutory compliance and audit preparation.
• Ability to supervise junior staff and ensure data accuracy.
• Strong analytical mindset for budgeting and cost control.
