Finance and MIS Officer

About the role

We are looking for a qualified, analytical, and detail‑oriented Finance and MIS Officer to support planning, performance monitoring, reporting, data analysis and management information systems across multiple locations. The role requires strong Excel expertise, the ability to handle large data sets, and willingness to travel as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain regular MIS, management reports and performance dashboards.
• Collect, verify, consolidate and analyse data from various departments and locations.
• Develop and maintain Excel‑based reports, trackers and analytical tools.
• Monitor key performance indicators, highlight significant variances or trends and provide insights.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, planning and performance analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and confidentiality across all reports.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain required information and ensure timely reporting.
• Travel to different locations for reporting, monitoring, coordination and other official assignments.

Required profile

• Semi‑Qualified CA with relevant knowledge in accounting, reporting, MIS and analysis, or an MBA graduate with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Experience in MIS, financial reporting, business analysis, planning or performance monitoring is an advantage.

Required skills

• Hands‑on proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office suite.
• Strong MIS, reporting and data‑analysis abilities.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy.
