Accounts Officer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and motivated Accounts Officer to join our finance team in Imadol. The role offers exposure to the full spectrum of accounting functions, including payable, receivable, payroll and financial administration.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and process supplier and customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Match purchase orders with invoices and support the approval workflow.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments to ensure timely collection.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
• Code invoices and bank feeds in accounting software on a weekly basis.
• Review and record corporate credit card transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Support end‑of‑month, budget and forecast reporting.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and corporate records.
• Assist with statutory filings and compliance as required.
• Set up new supplier and employee records in accounting systems.
• Maintain finance document filing and organization.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth financial operations.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and motivated professional.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Basic understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll processes.
• Ability to work accurately with financial data and meet deadlines.
