Accounts & Payroll Implementation Officer

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts & Payroll Implementation Officer to join our IT company in Boudha. The role involves configuring ERP accounting and payroll solutions, training users, and supporting clients throughout the implementation process.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and configuration of accounting and payroll ERP software.
• Conduct basic user training and provide ongoing client support.
• Coordinate with implementation and technical teams to resolve client issues.
• Manage daily financial operations and accounting activities.
• Prepare payroll, financial reports, budgets, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, taxation, and auditing requirements.
• Process statutory requirements such as SSF, PF, TDS, VAT, and other payroll-related obligations.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree (BBS) or higher (MBS/MBA), CAP II, or equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of Nepalese Income Tax Act, Labour Laws, and government standards and policies.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Must own a two‑wheeler and possess a valid driving license.

Required skills

• Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Swostik, or QuickBooks.
