Admin and HR Officer

About the role

TAC Hydro Consultancy is seeking an experienced Admin and HR Officer to lead its administration and people functions. The role combines full‑cycle recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and day‑to‑day office administration to create a well‑organized, people‑focused workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process, from job postings to offer letters and contracts.
• Conduct onboarding, induction, document collection, mentor assignment and probation tracking.
• Maintain employee records, job descriptions and personnel files.
• Support annual and mid‑year performance appraisal processes, including KPI tracking.
• Handle staff queries and grievances confidentially and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate staff training, development programs and compliance with Labour Act, SSF rules and company policies.
• Lead the administration team, oversee attendance, leave records and office supplies, assets and facilities.
• Process travel orders, coordinate TADA and allowance claims with Finance, and provide HR inputs for payroll.
• Draft internal memos, notices and policy updates; organize company events and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain systematic digital and physical records, oversee vendor services and manage the company’s social media content.
• Promote TAC as an employer through job postings, team highlights and project milestones.
• Support implementation and effective use of HRMS, attendance systems and other administrative tools.
