HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and responsible HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions across our corporate office and project sites. The role involves workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, policy compliance, and employee development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall HR operations and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and manpower planning for office and project sites.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, contracts, and other HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll, employee benefits, and other HR-related activities.
• Manage employee performance, training, development, and appraisal processes.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with project/site teams on manpower requirements and employee-related matters.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive HR policies and procedures aligned with the organization’s objectives and applicable labor laws.
