About the role
The Program Coordinator leads planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of ViN’s empowerment programmes across Kathmandu and Okhaldhunga, supervising staff and volunteers, managing branch operations and building partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, budgeting, execution and reporting of activities for six empowerment programmes, ensuring alignment with ViN’s mission and donor requirements.
- Travel regularly to Okhaldhunga to oversee field implementation, manage the branch office, coordinate community workshops, health campaigns, environmental projects and disaster‑risk activities.
