AI Native Trainer

About the role

NAAMII is looking for an AI Native Trainer to help shape its AI Native learning model. The role involves redesigning teaching and learning experiences, turning academic challenges into problem‑based learning, and enabling students, educators and professionals to use AI with confidence, critical judgment and responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of the AI Native curriculum and learning activities.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear, practical, and engaging experiences for learners from diverse disciplines.
• Move learning beyond lectures toward active, problem‑based, learner‑centred experiences.
• Facilitate real‑world, responsible AI use, guiding learners to identify problems, select appropriate AI tools, and assess outputs critically.
• Support learners with varying levels of digital confidence, guiding them from curiosity to independent, responsible AI use.
• Capture learner feedback, use‑case evidence and barriers, and work with curriculum teams to continuously improve the pedagogy and content.
• Ensure inclusive, gender‑responsive, accessible and safeguarding‑compliant learning environments.

Required profile

• Experience designing or contributing to AI‑focused curricula and learning experiences.
• Ability to work with academic institutions and partner organisations across disciplines.
• Strong facilitation skills and capacity to guide learners in responsible AI practices.
• Commitment to inclusive, gender‑responsive and accessible education.
