Architect – Design & Project Lead

About the role

Civil Shree Construction Pvt. Ltd is looking for a seasoned Architect to join its dynamic team in Kathmandu. You will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative and sustainable building solutions, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments, providing expert recommendations.
• Mentor junior architects and interns, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to integrate innovative solutions into designs.
• Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years (24 months) of experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude toward learning new trends and technologies in architecture.
