Assistant Account Manager – Manufacturing Industry

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support our manufacturing operations. The role involves comprehensive financial administration, from purchase and sales processing to payroll and tax compliance, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchase and sales transactions, ensuring accurate billing and invoicing.
• Handle VAT calculations, filing and compliance.
• Oversee TDS deduction, recording and monthly reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly payroll, attendance reconciliation and salary disbursement.
• Maintain stock ledger, coordinate stock transfers and production entries.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.
• Generate P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and other management reports.
• Organise documentation for internal and external audits.
• Monitor receivables and payables, ensuring timely follow‑up on outstanding amounts.
• Plan and manage payments for salaries, rent, office expenses and operational costs.

Required profile

• Completed Master’s degree.
• 4–5 years of experience as a Senior Account Officer or in a comparable finance role.
