About the role

The Assistant Manager Human Resources will support the HR function of a prestigious 5‑star hotel in Bandipur. This role focuses on delivering HR services, ensuring compliance, and contributing to employee development in a hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
  • Support performance management, appraisal cycles, and employee relations.
  • Maintain HR records, payroll assistance, and statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate training initiatives and development programs for hotel staff.
  • Provide day‑to‑day HR advice to managers and employees.

Required profile

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Master’s degree (MBA or HRM) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Nepalese labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
