Backend Developer – Java & Node.js

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Backend Developer with 2–3 years of experience to build and maintain robust backend services for our new Dream Care CRM. The role focuses on high‑performance API development, micro‑services architecture, and seamless data integration.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and business logic for the Dream Care CRM.
• Build and integrate high‑performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI.
• Develop scalable applications with Java and Node.js.
• Implement solutions based on micro‑services architecture.
• Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB for data management.
• Optimize database queries and improve overall system performance.
• Migrate and synchronize data from the existing R2U system while ensuring data integrity and security.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot, debug, test, and resolve backend and integration issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of APIs, services, and database structures.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in backend development.
• Strong focus on performance, data security, and system integration.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional team.
• Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills.
