Branch Manager

About the role

Classic Tech is seeking a Branch Manager to lead sales, marketing and operational activities across its network of outlets in Nepal. The role combines revenue generation, customer acquisition, and day‑to‑day branch management to ensure high service quality and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead branch sales and marketing initiatives to meet revenue and lead‑generation targets.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and ensure availability of promotional materials.
• Monitor customer acquisition, retention and churn metrics as directed by management.
• Work closely with Fiber and Customer Support teams to guarantee smooth installation and service delivery.
• Oversee daily branch operations, manage office assets, utilities and infrastructure.
• Supervise branch staff, handle recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Control cash collection, petty‑cash expenses and ensure timely deposits.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, manage assets, vehicle registration, insurance and fuel usage.
• Liaise with government authorities for compliance and documentation.
• Prepare and submit regular performance and operational reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Minimum 1 year experience in stock, inventory management and operational functions.
• Own two‑wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Personal laptop for work‑related tasks.
