Branch Manager

About the role

The Branch Manager role at Vianet Communication is a full‑time, hybrid position based in Itahara, offering flexibility for some work from home. You will lead daily branch operations, ensure service quality, and drive growth while maintaining a positive, inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including service delivery, staff supervision, and coordination of installation and maintenance activities.
• Monitor branch performance metrics, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, subscriber growth, and revenue.
• Handle escalated customer issues and support local marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with central teams on network, billing, and customer support projects.
• Manage branch budgets, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and foster an inclusive branch culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in branch or operations management with team leadership, performance monitoring, and resource planning.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills, including handling escalations.
• Basic financial oversight abilities such as budgeting, reporting, and cost tracking.
• Experience in sales or local business development, promoting services and supporting customer acquisition and retention.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems, and ticketing platforms.
• Competence in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Familiarity with telecom or ISP operational environments (advantage).
