Branch Manager

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the overall management, business development and operational performance of the Itahari branch. This role focuses on driving growth through partnerships, referrals and local marketing while ensuring high‑quality customer service and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development plans to meet growth and revenue targets.
• Manage day‑to‑day branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Lead, coach and monitor branch staff performance, including recruitment and training coordination.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, referral partners and community organisations.
• Plan and execute local marketing, promotional events and demand‑generation activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and new business opportunities.
• Ensure quality customer service, handle complaints and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Oversee branch budget, expenses and financial requirements in coordination with Finance.
• Report regularly on business development, sales, conversion, staff performance and operational matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in branch management, business development, sales, marketing or education consultancy.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain professionalism and uphold integrity.
