Branch Manager

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the Itahari branch, driving growth through business development, partnerships and local marketing while ensuring efficient operations and high-quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development plans to meet growth and revenue targets.
• Manage day‑to‑day branch operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Lead, coach and monitor branch staff performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, referral partners and community organisations.
• Plan and execute local marketing, promotional and demand‑generation activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Track all client interactions in the CRM and submit regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in branch management, business development, sales, marketing or education consultancy.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, targets and operational priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems and business reporting.
• Effective use of digital and AI productivity tools.
