Branch Manager & Marketing Executive (Kathmandu Valley)

About the role

Asian Life Insurance is looking for two experienced professionals to strengthen its presence in the Kathmandu Valley. The Branch Manager will lead a branch team to achieve sales targets, while the Marketing Executive will drive promotional activities and customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Branch Manager: Oversee daily branch operations, manage a team of agents, and ensure achievement of business and sales targets.
• Branch Manager: Build and maintain strong customer relationships and represent the company in the local market.
• Marketing Executive: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote life insurance products.
• Marketing Executive: Handle customer inquiries, support sales efforts, and achieve marketing‑driven targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a life insurance company for the Branch Manager role.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a life insurance company for the Marketing Executive role.
• Bachelor's degree or higher (Branch Manager) or 10+2 (Marketing Executive).
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer‑relationship skills.
• Target‑oriented and self‑motivated attitude.
