About the role
Classic Tech, a leading network service provider in Nepal, is seeking an energetic and target‑driven professional to lead branch operations outside the valley region. The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring excellent customer experience, and overseeing day‑to‑day branch activities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute branch sales plans, achieve revenue and KPI targets, and monitor market trends.
- Resolve customer complaints within defined SLAs, manage churn, and implement retention initiatives.
- Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory, logistics, asset management, vehicle utilization, and cash handling.
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop junior staff, set performance expectations, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Build relationships with local stakeholders, represent Classic Tech in the community, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
