Brand Assistant – E‑Commerce Marketing & Creative Role

About the role

We are a fast‑growing e‑commerce platform seeking an energetic Brand Assistant to drive our branding and marketing initiatives. You will be the creative voice behind YetIdeal.com, shaping brand perception across digital channels and on‑ground events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Plan, create, publish, and manage daily content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Design graphics, promotional banners, and visual media for digital use.
• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit videos, reels, and product demos.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and content creators.
• Organize corporate events, pop‑ups, and brand activations.
• Monitor analytics, track campaign performance, and report insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, graphic design, and content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Valid driving license and personal two‑wheeler vehicle.
• Strong communication, proactive attitude, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Graphic design tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Video editing tools: CapCut, Premiere Pro (or similar mobile apps).
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics platforms.
